My Boy

Today marks four years since Aiden's brain surgery (hemispherectomy) to cure his epilepsy. He has been seizure-free and off ALL medications since his surgery. We are very lucky to have had this outcome as some aren't so fortunate. He continues to progress and overcome some of his learning disabilities. It's amazing to me how much he can do with only half a brain!!!
